Looking for someone having knowledge in Interface with Patients, setup doctor consultation, end to end coordination and will be responsible for counselling the patients also.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure complete and accurate patient registration, which includes recording a patient’s insurance If
- Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments
- Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
- Discuss and consult health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients and family members
- Establish and maintain relationships with service providers
- Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect
- Assist Doctors in OPD
- To ensure patient satisfaction
- To solve patient queries
- To guide them properly
- To make ensure they meet the doctor & all the investigation done properly
- Proper reports to be handover to patients
- To ensure patient don't wait much time in OPD
- To Coordinate with all the departments if required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Highly organized with a strong ability to manage different priorities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective collaborator and works well with a team of other caretakers
- Basic Esthetic knowledge will be an added advantage
- A caring and compassionate personality
- Basic knowledge of excel to prepare for MIS.

**Salary**: 18K - 24K (Depending on Experience)

**Education**: Minimum Graduation

**Experience**: Minimum 1-3 year's experience

**Days and Time**: 6 Days a week (10:00am - 7:00pm)

**Location**:CST Road, Kalina (Santacruz)

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
