**Job Description: Sales and Marketing (B2B and Franchise Sales)**

As a Sales and Marketing professional in our company, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales and handling franchise sales to expand our business reach and revenue. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
**1. B2B Sales**:

- Identifying and prospecting potential business clients in target industries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

**2. Franchise Sales**:

- Developing franchise sales strategies and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
- Conducting franchise orientation and information sessions.
- Negotiating and finalizing franchise agreements with prospective partners.
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchises.

**Required Work Experience and Skills**:

- Proven track record of successful B2B sales and franchise sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with sales CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in the relevant industry or similar sector is advantageous.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
