We are looking for an experienced and competitive Sales Manager to join our team. As our Marketing & Sales Manager, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals. You should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

- Develop new sales strategies and models.
- Cold Calling and regular visits to clients.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from FINNDIT.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Manage your client database within your assigned territory
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
