EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 0-2 YEARS
SKILLS SET
- **Data Entry and Recording**:Enter financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses, into the Tally software accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of financial records.
**Accounts Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records with the Tally software to ensure accuracy and consistency.
**Financial Reporting**:Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using Tally software.
Prepare customized reports as needed by management.
**Tax Compliance**:Assist in tax preparation and compliance, including the calculation and submission of GST, VAT, or other applicable taxes.
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and deadlines.
**Vendor and Client Payments**:Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers while maintaining proper documentation.
Manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collections.
