**Position : Graphic Designer
- Vadodara**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Procreate to create high-resolution visuals.
- Design images for printing in various formats:

- 8 ft x 4 ft for laminates
- 5 to 20 linear meters for têxtiles
- 10 ft x 5 ft for ceramic tiles
- Take inspiration from natural materials (e.g., stone, marble, wood grains) and fashion trends to create innovative designs.
- Manage and lead a team of designers, producing 50-100 high-resolution designs daily.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals and templates.
- Reinvent scanned designs by analyzing competition and innovating effectively.
- Oversee booth designs and other in-house design-related tasks as required.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Procreate.
- **Diploma or Degree** in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in designing for the digital printing industry, **particularly for laminates, têxtiles, and ceramics, is a strong advantage.**:

- Target-oriented mindset with excellent team leadership skills.
- Understanding of dye sublimation and digital printing processes.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
