We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This dual-role position combines visual storytelling with strategic social media management to build a cohesive and engaging online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Develop and implement monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and copy.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and launches.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and branding consistency.
- Portfolio showcasing design work and social media campaigns.

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Copywriting skills or basic photography.
