**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Help with accounts payable and receivable tracking
- Support in preparing invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups
- Assist in bank reconciliations and financial audits
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
- Data entry and verification in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and policies

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting tools
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Experience with any accounting software is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
