**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Head Office, Jaipur

**Reports To**: Senior Accounts Manager

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Banking & Payments**:

- Process and manage daily banking transactions, including payments and receipts.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors, clients, and suppliers as per agreed terms.
- Coordinate with banks for various financial transactions and ensure smooth payment processes.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment schedules, issues, or discrepancies.
- Ensure that all vendor invoices are recorded and paid in accordance with company policies.
- **Financialization of Books**:

- Assist in maintaining the company's financial books, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial data.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor statements with the company's records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliation reports for internal review.
- **Accounts Data Reporting**:

- Generate and prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management and ensure that data is accurate and timely.
- Provide any ad-hoc reports as required by senior management or other departments.
- **Other Duties**:

- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records and documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, )
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
