**Job Title: Finance Controller - Work from office (Monday to Saturday)**

**Location**: Chennai - T Nagar
**Reports To**: Chief Business Officer / Founders
**Industry**: Healthcare (ePharmacy)
**Experience Required**: 10+ years in core finance functions
**Qualification**: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance; CA Inter/CA Final Attempted preferred
**Timing : 9:30am to 6:30pm - Monday through Saturday - Work from office**

Salary **:10 to 12LPA**

**Role Summary**:
As the **Finance Controller**, you will lead the finance function with end-to-end ownership of accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning. This role is crucial in enabling the company’s growth through strong financial governance and strategic financial insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Monitor financial performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis
- Partner with business teams to optimize cost and profitability

**Accounting & Reporting**:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (payables, receivables, reconciliations)
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

**Compliance & Audits**:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants

**Treasury & Cash Flow**:

- Monitor working capital and ensure liquidity planning
- Manage banking relationships and payment cycles

**Controls & Risk Management**:

- Strengthen internal controls and SOPs across finance functions
- Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies

**Team Management & Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a small finance team
- Build cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, and HR
- 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or controllership roles
- Experience in startup or mid-size companies preferred
- CA Inter / CA Final Attempted with strong practical exposure
- Language : Tamil and English
