**Job Title: Finance Controller**

**Job Summary**:
The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making at the executive level. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning and Analysis**:
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.

Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.

**Financial Reporting**:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Communicate financial results and insights to senior management.

**Internal Controls and Compliance**:
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.

**Cash Management**:
Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and financial obligations.

Optimize banking relationships and negotiate terms with financial institutions.

Monitor and manage investment activities.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate them.

Implement risk management policies and procedures.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
