We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our

and compliance. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills,

and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Financial Controller will report directly

to the CFO and will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts

payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and compliance.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy

and completeness.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with

company policies and regulations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of budgets,

forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management to help drive business

decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure their professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, credit control, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
