Agrim HFC is an Digital Lending Housing Finance Company (HFC) that caters to the informal and semi-formal self-employed businesses using a mix of technology and human touch. The Company is founded by Professional bankers and backed by Impact Investors based abroad, who wish to contribute to housing finance development in India.

To reiterate our commitment to the customer segment we serve, and help them locate properties in their budget, we have recently launched Apna Ghar Khoj, India’s first affordable property destination that helps people find homes in the ₹5-50 lakh category.

**Job Role**

**Reporting to ** : The Head Brand & Digital Marketing / Area Manager

**Duration** : 2 months

**Project Title**: The effectiveness and creating brand presence of Apan Ghar Khoj property website for Builders in the affordable space

**Responsibilities**
- Managing Real Estate developers’ clients of the assigned territory.
- Cold calling & visits to the builder for demonstration of Apna GK as a

brand.
- Acquiring of new projects and new builders in designated territories, to ensure coverage within assigned localities.

**Selected intern will be required to have**
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
- Can create network of Builders
- Comfort of local language
- Flair of Sales
- Basic knowledge of analytical tools Willingness to travel as and when required
- Posses two wheelers

**Stipend and other emoluments**:
Rs. 10000/- per month stipend, petrol reimbursement of Rs, 2.5/- per km for official work nd Builder onboarding incentive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹9,509.74 - ₹10,000.00 per month
