**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Monitor clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to support communication development and improve overall functioning.
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques and participate in continuing education opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Delhi.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
