We are searching for a flexible, resourceful speech therapist. The speech therapist's responsibilities include performing patient assessments, developing individual treatment plans, liaising with teachers, family members, and other healthcare professionals, administering therapy and monitoring progress, and ensuring patients and their families are informed of new treatments and therapy techniques.

**Speech Therapist Responsibilities**:

- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to students.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Employing various teaching strategies and techniques to improve communication skills.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Conducting speech and language screenings and evaluations.
- Educating students and parents on effective communication techniques.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.
- Facilitating small group and individual therapy sessions as required.
- Utilizing technology and speech therapy tools to enhance learning.

**Speech Therapist Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have 2 Yrs experience required.
- Proficiency in using speech therapy software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language therapist, Education, or a related field..
- Ability to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborative skills to work effectively with other educators and professionals.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
