**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

- Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores to check product visibility and stock availability.
- Manage order processing, payment collections, and sales reporting.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of the Dharmapuri market and local retail networks.
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
