**Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets for lubricants and auto parts within the designated region.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealerships, workshops, and potential clients to enhance sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base for lubricants and auto parts in the assigned territory.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer demands to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct effective product presentations, product demos, and technical explanations to clients and prospects, ensuring product benefits and USPs are communicated clearly.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide timely sales reports to management.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer queries and provide after-sales support regarding product features, troubleshooting, and usage instructions.
- **Trade Shows & Events**: Attend automotive trade shows, workshops, and exhibitions to stay updated on market trends and network with potential clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to align on product offerings, promotional strategies, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years in sales with a focus on lubricants, auto parts, or related automotive products.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive industry.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation abilities with experience in closing sales deals.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- **Driving License**: Valid driver’s license (as fieldwork may be required).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, automotive engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
