**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and preferences.

Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the overall success of the recruitment team.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.**

[**X] years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the BFSI sector or a related industry.**

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools and platforms.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges throughout the recruitment process.

Ethical conduct and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the success of the recruitment team and organization.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
