- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and basic HR support.
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Support the management in handling bills, petty cash, and basic record-keeping.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to café standards.
- Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or café/restaurant operations preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
