**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Translate educational materials from English to Hindi, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Review and proofread Hindi academic content for grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Ensure consistency in terminology and style, adhering to the company’s quality guidelines.
- Work closely with the content development team to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality translations.
- Creating teacher learning and training material and evaluation for various projects in Kotak Education Foundation
- Providing constructive feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers of primary school.
- Develop or translate design documents in Hindi
- Select the appropriate teaching/training methodology.
- Organizing training sessions, workshops and events to upgrade the teaching skills of primary teachers and to track their progress thereafter.
- Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and creating eLearning content for teachers and students

**Ideation and new initiatives**:

- Prepare instructional guidelines for various course content, training material, assessments, audio and video scripts, etc. in Hindi.
- Helping the team craft, refine ideas and convert them to training material
- Research for the best suitable methodology and tool to meet the requirements of the team.

**Educational Qualification**

Master’s in Education or Bachelors in Education with Masters in any discipline but have a strong command of Hindi. A post graduate degree Hindi is preferred. Certification in translation or language proficiency in Hindi is a plus.

**Years of Experience**

5+ years of experience in content creation in the field of Foundational Literacy and numeracy; prepared implementation manuals for training the trainers or conducted training for teachers.

Proven experience in translating and reviewing documents, educational content, books, or other materials from English to Hindi

Experience in translating Foundational Literacy and Numeracy content is highly desirable

**Age**

27+

**Work Skills**

Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop improved curriculam, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques.

Being experienced in managing and training teachers might be advantageous.

Good command of Hindi and a fair understanding of English.
