**Job Title**: English Subject Matter Expert (SME)

**Job Summary**:
The English Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for developing high-quality academic content, assessments, and educational resources for students or professionals. The SME ensures that materials align with educational standards and are engaging, accurate, and comprehensive. They collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and editorial teams to create learning materials across various formats, including online courses, textbooks, and test preparation modules.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Development**:

- Create, review, and edit educational content, such as lesson plans, study guides, assessments, and digital learning resources, in English language and literature.
- Ensure content is accurate, aligned with the curriculum, and meets learning objectives.

**Subject Expertise**:

- Provide expertise in English language topics, including grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing skills, and literary analysis.
- Develop content for various levels of learners, from school to college or competitive exams.

**Assessment Design**:
**Quality Assurance**:

- Review and proofread content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
- Ensure the content is free from plagiarism and adheres to copyright standards.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with instructional designers, editors, and educators to align content with pedagogical goals.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve content quality.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Stay updated with trends in English education, including new teaching methodologies, tools, and curriculum changes.
- Analyze student feedback and learning outcomes to refine materials.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize content development tools and learning management systems (LMS) to create and manage digital resources.
- Create multimedia resources, such as video scripts, e-learning modules, and interactive quizzes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and composition.
- Familiarity with educational standards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB, Common Core).

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
