**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, posters, brochures, and branding materials.
- Design creative advertisements for digital and print media.
- Develop and maintain engaging website designs with a strong focus on UI/UX.
- Work on 2D and 3D graphic design projects, including motion graphics and animations.
- Produce and edit high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all digital and print assets.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and multimedia technologies to continuously improve designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging and user-friendly designs.
- Experience with 2D/3D design software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI designs, graphic design work, and multimedia projects.
