**What You’ll Do**:

- **Build Epic Relationships**: Connect with leading finance firms, banks, and corporates to unlock job and internship opportunities for students.
- **Drive Strategic Partnerships**: Develop and execute placement strategies that build strong industry connections and boost student outcomes.
- **Lead Placement Events**: Plan and execute engaging placement drives, job fairs, and career events.
- **Collaborate with Academics**: Partner with the academic team to match students with the right roles and opportunities.
- **Track Industry Trends**: Stay on top of finance hiring patterns and bring those insights into strategy and planning.
- **Celebrate & Report**: Monitor placement data, track success metrics, and always look for the next win

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in placements, corporate partnerships, or business development (bonus if it's in finance or EdTech).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (MBA is a plus, not mandatory).
