As an SMO Intern, you will work closely with the digital marketing team to assist in the planning, creation, and implementation of social media strategies. This internship will help you gain experience in managing and optimizing social media channels for brand growth and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to suggest improvements
- Support in running social media campaigns and contests
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
- Help in creating visual content (images, stories, reels, videos) in collaboration with the design team
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Contribute ideas to grow followers and boost engagement

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Creative thinking and good communication skills
- Passion for content creation and digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently
- A strong sense of aesthetics, memes, and online trends

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Some experience with content writing or graphic design is a plus
- Understanding of basic analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
