**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and analytical SMO Specialist to manage and grow our brand's social media presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance engagement, drive traffic, and increase visibility across various social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, image, video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
- Optimize company pages with proper branding, keywords, hashtags, and visuals
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions)
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign alignment
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Run paid social media campaigns (if applicable)

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and optimization techniques
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Creative thinking with excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- [Optional: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field]

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
- Basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and community building

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
