Roles and responsibilities:
Import material follow up with vendors and organizing materials as per requirement on time for production

Quarterly component demand working as per forecast

Updating monthly RM status to production planner for RFC plan

Co-ordinating with CHA and EXIM team for shipment clearance

Co-ordinating with commercial team for vendor payments

Monitoring plants overall Inventory aligning with stores team against demand and forecast requirement.

Arriving inventory (expected inventory, consumption and closing stock) for every month and quarter

Shipment aligning with forwarder for Import materials and follow up till the consignment reaches the destination.

Working for uploading yearly forecast in MRP

Re-scheduling the delivery dates with vendors as per demand fluctuation

Providing the required reports

Good communication skills

Good knowledge on electronic products and components

Excellent knowledge in Purchase

Experience : One or two years experience in electronic component purchase

Qualification : Diploma or BE - Electronics & communication preferred

PL level : PL - 11
