**The Role**:
We’re hiring a **Software Development Engineer II (Frontend)** to design and build the core user experiences of our AI Agent platform.

If you’re passionate about building high-quality frontend systems, love solving performance challenges, and want to shape products at the cutting edge of AI SaaS, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work with designers to deliver **intuitive and elegant user interfaces**
- Translate complex backend and AI outputs into **clear, actionable workflows**
- Optimize frontend performance for **large-scale datasets and real-time interactions**
- Maintain high-quality code via **reviews, testing, and best practices**
- Collaborate across product, backend, and AI teams to deliver full features
- Take ownership of frontend modules and **mentor junior engineers**

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Core Skills**
- 3-5 years of frontend engineering experience in SaaS or data-heavy products
- Proficiency in **React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3**
- Strong understanding of **state management** (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
- Familiar with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
- ** Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals** and modern performance metrics
- ** Expert-level performance optimization skills** including:

- Advanced code splitting strategies (dynamic imports, route-based chunking)
- Bundle optimization using Webpack, Vite, and analysis tools
- React rendering optimization (memoization, avoiding unnecessary re-renders)
- Critical rendering path optimization and resource prioritization
- Experience with **profiling and debugging performance issues** using browser developer tools

**Bonus Points**
- Exposure to **design systems** and UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind)
- Experience with **frontend testing** (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
- Understanding of **real-time features** (WebSockets, WebRTC)
- Startup or high-growth SaaS background
