**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated **SEO & Digital Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. This role involves driving backlink acquisition, managing local SEO efforts, optimizing Google My Business (GMB), and supporting the team’s growth through structured training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Backlink Acquisition**: Execute free and paid backlink strategies, including outreach, negotiation, and collaboration with aggregators.
- **GMB Management**: Optimize, audit, and oversee Google My Business (GMB) listings while leading all local SEO initiatives.
- **Training & Development**: Identify skill gaps in the team and support training programs to enhance overall performance.
- **Project Management**: Ensure timely updates and completion of weekly tasks on Zoho Projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in **SEO, backlink building, and local SEO (including GMB optimization).**:

- Strong understanding of SEO tools, techniques, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach and link acquisition.
- Ability to lead training sessions and mentor team members.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Projects preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
