We are looking for a result-driven SEO executive to be responsible for developing optimized web content. The SEO executive's responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the website's architecture to ensure user friendliness.

To be successful as an SEO executive, you should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills. Ultimately, an SEO executive should have outstanding knowledge of SEO, passion for the industry and time management skills.

**ROLES (DUTIES) & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
- Using google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
- Creating high-quality SEO content.
- Assisting with blog content.
- Leading keyword research and optimization of content.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in SEM.
- Make technical recommendations to developers & execute as well if required.
- constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
- engage with other businesses (affiliates) over link-building opportunities, to bring in paid commission for driving customers to their websites
- employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
- drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building
- develop and integrate content marketing strategies with content writer team.
- monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
- Train & guide the interns of the team.

**QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- A genuine interest in SEO and/or digital marketing
- Proven SEO experience
- A commitment to keeping your technical skills and knowledge up to date
- An inquisitive mind which drives you to understand Google's algorithms and predict what changes might be coming
- A good understanding of search engines
- An understanding of how customers search, where they search and why they purchase something online
- A good understanding of the wider marketing context
- strong analytical skills for understanding ranking algorithms
- excellent communication skills to educate, inform, manipulate and mediate across a number of stakeholders in an organisation
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
