As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Field Sales & Market Survey Executive** to strengthen our dealer network and provide valuable insights from the ground.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field surveys across regions to study market trends, pricing, and competition
- Identify and approach potential dealers, contractors, and retail partners for our cable products
- Collect customer feedback and relay market demands to the production team
- Monitor competitor activity and generate reports for strategic planning
- Coordinate with factory teams to align supply and production based on market insights
- Support marketing initiatives such as product demos, exhibitions, or trade visits
- Maintain and grow relationships in the electrical industry ecosystem
- Assist in order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and post-sale customer service

**Desired Profile**:

- Proven experience in the **wire & cable industry**, especially in sales, production, or market operations
- Well-connected in the electrical and contractor markets (dealers, builders, OEMs, etc.)
- Self-driven, confident in the field, and strong at relationship building
- Ability to collect and present market data in a structured format
- Willing to travel across assigned zones/regions regularly

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the wire/cable/electrical sector
- Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with factory/production workflows is an added advantage
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and reporting tools
