**Job Role: Counsellor (sales profile)**

**Work Mode**: Hybrid

**Qualification**: Graduation in any stream

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in counselling and sales

**Age**: 21-35 Years

**Salary**: 15k-20k

**Benefits**: PF, ESI

Must Have: Own computer

**Key Responsibilities**

**Counsel parents and children on teenager-focused health, academic courses, and finance career programs.**

Assist students in course selection and personalized career development plans.

Monitor academic progress and provide regular updates to parents.
- **Arrange calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential leads.**_

Coordinate with teachers, parents, and team members for business growth.
- **Conduct career guidance sessions and handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries.**_

Understand the psychology of children and parents to provide effective counselling.

Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrolment targets.

**Skills Required**:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Sales enthusiasm with a love for working in challenging environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- English (preferred)
