**ob Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PPC Campaign Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and use industry-standard tools for bid management.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and achieve KPIs such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- **Ad Creation and Testing**:

- Write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversion.
- Design and test ad creatives, including text, image, and video ads.
- Conduct A/B testing to continually improve ad performance.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage PPC campaign budgets, ensuring the effective allocation of funds across platforms and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign spend, identifying areas for optimization and cost savings.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on PPC campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.
- Generate regular reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct competitive research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine PPC strategies.
- Monitor competitors’ PPC activity and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure that PPC efforts align with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that PPC campaigns support lead generation and sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a track record of achieving strong results.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social media platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
- Experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns with significant budgets.
- Understanding of SEO and its relation to PPC strategies.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and other digital marketing channels.
