We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Fresher to join our digital marketing team. As a PPC fresher, you will be involved in executing, monitoring, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in digital marketing to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for campaigns.
- Analyze and monitor PPC campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Assist in creating ad copy and landing page content that aligns with the campaign objectives.
- Monitor daily budgets and performance to ensure campaigns are on track.
- Perform A/B testing on ads to improve performance.
- Help with the analysis of competitor PPC strategies and trends in the industry.
- Generate and assist in reporting PPC campaign results, providing insights for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in PPC advertising and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members (SEO, content, design) to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (search engine marketing, online advertising).
- Familiarity with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

**Preferred (But Not Required)**:

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Understanding of Google Ads policies and guidelines.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar PPC management tools.
