Demand Operations Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations & cancellations across all home visits
- Route planning based on order density. Balance fluctuations in demand and supply.
- Manage logistics & transportation for designers keeping in mind their safety, comfort & the total cost to company. Ensure customer & company property is secure at all times.
- Create robust SOPs for the travelling fashion design team to ensure maximum coverage across Bangalore
- Work closely with supply operations & demand teams to ensure high availability of home visit slots and figure out improvement areas
- Interact with fashion design team to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them.
- Work with the analytics team to set up the performance management function and automate key cadences. Deliver weekly performance & expense reports to management.
- Own the function completely. Deliver insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- An inherent drive to get things done.
- Good interpersonal & time management skills.
- Prior experience in logistics & personnel management. Experience in demand & supply planning.
- Expertise in Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Ability to think on your feet & make quick decisions with available information
- Motivation to meet timelines despite everything and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Good spoken & written communication skills
