We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Staff member. The primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene across all areas of the premises to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness in rooms, common areas, restrooms, and kitchens.
- **Waste Management**:

- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
- Ensure bins are clean and sanitized regularly.
- **Stock and Supplies**:

- Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other consumables as needed.
- Notify the supervisor of low stock levels or supply needs.
- **Equipment Handling**:

- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and other tools.
- Report any malfunctions or repairs needed.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow safety protocols and ensure the use of protective gear when required.
- Adhere to hygiene standards and organizational guidelines.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond promptly and courteously to any housekeeping requests or complaints.
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality service.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift/move light to moderate weights.
- Knowledge of cleanin ,TEA Coffee making and serving tools, and safety practices.
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
