**Housekeeping Supervisor - Institutional Hospitality**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Leadership**
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring proper training, motivation, and performance evaluations.
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.

**2. Quality Control**
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to institutional standards.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality control program to address any deficiencies promptly.

**3. Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to order supplies as needed while optimizing costs.

**4. Training and Development**
- Develop and conduct training programs for housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant training into the team's skill set.

**5. Guest Satisfaction**
- Address guest concerns and feedback related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience through cleanliness and orderliness.

**6. Safety and Compliance**
- Ensure that housekeeping staff follows safety protocols and utilizes proper equipment.
- Stay updated on relevant health and safety regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in an hospitality space.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
