Key responsibilities:
a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about VLCC products, services, pricing, promotions,

and policies to customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving

product or service-related issues.
- Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving

skills, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries

and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process customer orders, payments, refunds, and exchanges accurately and

efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and marketing, to

ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using

CRM software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolutions and gather

feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to VLCC's customer service standards and policies while striving to exceed

performance targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:
Graduation with atleast 6 months to 2 Years of experience. Excellent communication

skills required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
