**Job Overview**:
- ** Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- ** Keyword & Audience Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
- ** Creative Development**: Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages designed to maximize engagement and conversions.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- ** A/B Testing**: Perform A/B testing on various elements of campaigns to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
- ** GA4 Setup & Integration**: Assist in setting up GA4, including configuring events, conversions, and tracking codes for accurate campaign attribution.
- ** GA4 Reporting**: Use GA4 to analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and engagement metrics to improve campaign strategies.
- ** Data Insights**: Leverage GA4 insights to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas across the customer journey.
- ** Industry Trends**: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising to ensure strategies are current and effective.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that paid media strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- ** Budget Management**: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign efficiency and results.
**Requirements**:
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, Digital analytics and ad operations.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
- ** Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- ** Certifications**: Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
- ** Additional Platforms**: Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads) is a plus.
