**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities**:

- Proactively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through networking, and research.
- Identify potential markets and business prospects that align with the company’s services/products.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Engage in regular follow-ups and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Work closely with the team to create customized pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to tailor solutions that drive sales.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:

- Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, contacts, and potential leads.

**Requirements**:

**SALARY-**

**41-50K PM CTC**

Pay: ₹41,666.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
