**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support in CoE (Center of excellence) development for the selected Cyber areas such as OT Security
- Support in internal progress discussions
- Deliver projects in OT Security / Cyber Security requirements of IT and OT for Industrial control systems
- Manage the client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, etc. and also manage the team expectations
- Manage the project financials including timely billing, collections
- Ensure the utilization of the team members
- Contribute towards developing and upskilling the team members
- Multi-tasking with multiple client requirements

**Desired Profile**:

- Education: IT Background, Knowledge of Operational Technology infastructure and environment.
- 5-7 years of experience in OT and OT Security
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Experience in managing the projects
- Relevant experience of Operational Technology (DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs).
- Complete knowledge of security requirements of Operational Technology.
- Experience in performing the security assessment of OT environment.

- Certification: ISO-27001 / ISA 62443
- Ability to work with multiple teams and maintain a seamless flow of deliverables
- Excellent team management
