**Sample Collection and Preparation**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect blood, urine, tissue, and other samples from patients ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Prepare specimens for testing according to established procedures.

**Laboratory Testing and Analysis**:

- Perform routine and specialized tests accurately using lab equipment and instruments.
- Record and analyze test results, ensuring adherence to quality control protocols.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and patient information.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of results to physicians or concerned departments.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), laboratory guidelines, and infection control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe working environment.

**Collaboration and Support**:

- Work collaboratively with medical staff to address patient needs.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking laboratory supplies.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 experience in a laboratory setting (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using lab equipment and software for data entry.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications or licensing as required by local regulatory bodies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
