**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct clinical tests and procedures, including but not limited to blood tests, urinalysis, and tissue examinations, following established protocols to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and storage according to laboratory guidelines.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, such as microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers, ensuring they are calibrated and in good working order.
- Record and analyze test results, maintaining accurate and detailed records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate test results and interpretations.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory tests.
- Participate in the collection, processing, and preservation of specimens.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the field of medical laboratory technology and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new staff and students in laboratory practices and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) by a recognized accrediting body preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with hands-on experience performing a variety of tests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices and procedures.
- Personalized commitment to supporting the healthcare team and contributing to patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
