Sandwich Delight, a burgeoning cloud kitchen led by Akshay, is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting an array of delectable fast-food items. As we embark on this exciting journey from scratch, we are looking for a passionate and creative individual to contribute to menu development, SOP creation, and culinary experimentation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Menu Development**:
Collaborate with Akshay to create a diverse and enticing menu featuring sandwiches, subs, tacos, wraps, and more.

Incorporate innovation and creativity to set Sandwich Delight apart in the cloud kitchen landscape.

**Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)**:
Develop detailed SOPs for each dish, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Implement best practices for kitchen operations and food safety.

**Culinary Experimentation**:
Conduct experiments to enhance existing recipes and introduce new, exciting flavors.

Stay updated on food trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the menu.

**Quality Control**:
Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards.

Regularly evaluate and improve recipes based on customer feedback and market trends.

**Training and Development**:
Train kitchen staff on SOPs and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Foster a collaborative and creative kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in fast-food or cloud kitchen settings.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification.

Proven expertise in creating and executing fast-food recipes.

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Passion for culinary innovation and experimentation.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
