**Role Overview**:
As an **Interior Site Supervisor**, you will oversee and manage on-site construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring that design plans are executed efficiently, safely, and within the project timelines and budget. You will work closely with interior designers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of the project, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that construction and interior fit-out work is completed according to the design plans and specifications.
- Ensure all contractors and workers adhere to project schedules and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, check quality, and ensure safety standards are followed.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to implement the interior design plan and resolve any on-site issues.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and client.
- Ensure that all work aligns with the approved design, budget, and timeline.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the specified quality standards.
- Identify and address potential issues or defects early to prevent delays or additional costs.
- Conduct final quality inspections upon project completion to ensure all work has been done to the highest standard.
- **Coordination with Contractors**:

- Manage and coordinate various contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers working on-site.
- Ensure proper communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or misunderstandings between contractors and other team members.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the site complies with all health and safety regulations and that workers are following safety protocols.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety standards to minimize accidents and injuries on-site.
- Keep a log of safety incidents and work to mitigate risks.
- **Material Management**:

- Manage the delivery, storage, and inventory of construction materials and interior products on-site.
- Ensure materials are available on time to avoid delays and are stored properly to prevent damage.
- Verify that the materials used on-site match the specifications in the design plan.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify potential on-site issues early and propose practical solutions to avoid project delays.
- Liaise with designers and project managers to resolve design-related issues or on-site constraints.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, materials, progress reports, and any on-site issues.
- Report on work progress, site conditions, and any challenges or changes to the project manager regularly.
- Ensure all necessary permits, documents, and approvals are maintained and accessible on-site.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Interact with clients during site visits to address their concerns and provide updates on the project’s progress.
- Ensure that client feedback is communicated to the project team and incorporated where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in interior site supervision or a similar role.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions on-site.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and the design team.
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.

**Preferred**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
