**JOB DESCRIPTION: QA MANUAL TESTER (JUNIOR-LEVEL)**

**WHAT DO WE SEEK**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **QA Manual Tester Junior-level **to join our dynamic team at **eigital**.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to design, develop, and implement test plans, test scripts, and tools based on detailed business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to scrum and Agile standards while developing testing processes and approaches.
- Identify and prepare the appropriate data for testing, working closely with business and technology leads.
- Assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and addressing product design changes.
- Assess and revise test sequence and scope based on test results and product design modifications.
- Coordinate component, system, and documentation testing with relevant technical groups and release management.
- Document test procedures, and test cases, and track defects reported and their status.
- Reconcile test results from various tests and groups.
- Evaluate product/project performance readiness and deviations based on test results and product specifications.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on quality assurance and testing.
- Strong understanding of testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
- Proficiency in working within an agile development process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

**ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
- Startup experience, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience working with virtual teams.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Work from office position
- Usage of timedoctor (time and task tracking software) is mandatory for all team members; please ensure you're comfortable with this before applying

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
