**Responsibilities**
- Communicating with clients and noting down their welding requirements.
- Providing the welding specifications and other instructions to the welders.
- Examining completed welds for quality.
- Checking whether the equipment used is in proper working order
- Ensuring that the work is completed on time and as per the instructions provided.
- Suggesting and demonstrating new/alternative welding techniques
- Review the work area to ensure it is free of harmful materials and equipment.
- Implementing and checking adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
- Preparing and presenting an accurate and detailed report of the ongoing projects.
- Inspecting metal joints for any hidden cracks

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven work experience in the Manufacutring industry as a Welding Inspector
- Complete knowledge of various welding techniques like MIG welding, gas welding, and TIG welding
- Familiarity with health/safety protocols and industry standards
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
- Ability to offer improved customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma Holder/Engineering in Mechanical
- Salary: INR 20, 000.00 - INR 30, 000.00 per month
- Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
- Schedule: Flexible to work in rotational shifts
- Total Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years (preferred)
- Work Remotely: No
