**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor wiremesh production processes on the shop floor.
- Ensure raw materials, machines, and manpower are efficiently utilized.
- Check quality at every stage of production and maintain QC records.
- Maintain production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues and machine faults.
- Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.
- Coordinate with the procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production logs and prepare reports for management.
- Train and guide operators and workers on SOPs and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in wiremesh or similar metal product manufacturing (fresher with strong technical knowledge can be considered).
- Basic understanding of wire drawing, weaving, or welding machinery.
- Strong knowledge of shop floor safety, 5S, and lean manufacturing is a plus.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and labor-intensive environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
