Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution centers to promote and sell our FMCG products.

Identify potential customers and generate leads for new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide product knowledge to customers to enhance their understanding and confidence in our offerings.

Handle sales inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor analysis.

Work closely with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Stay updated on industry developments, new product launches, and market trends to remain competitive in the FMCG market.

Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain ethical business practices.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of FMCG products and the market landscape.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.

Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Valid driving license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.

Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,329.19 - ₹38,314.28 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
