**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute branding strategies and visual identities for diverse clients.
- Design packaging that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and aligned with brand values.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure designs meet project specifications, including size, color, and material constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both branding and packaging design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding and packaging design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and best practices is preferred.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and materials.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
