  • Design and deliver high-quality banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives tailored for e-commerce campaigns.","
  • Create emailers and newsletters that align with marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.","
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.","
  • Work on B2B and B2C marketing projects, ensuring creative output speaks to both audiences.","
  • Develop storyboards and short-form videos/reels for digital campaigns.","
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand's design language fresh and innovative.","
  • Support performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused ad creatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).","
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for digital channels (web, mobile, social, email).","
","Requirements","
  • ","
  • Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).","
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or IT products.","
  • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing creatives.","
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, etc.","
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, ad banners, emailers, and reels.","
  • Understanding of brand identity, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.","
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for e-commerce design is a plus.","
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with high-quality output.","
