Should have in depth knowledge of US Healthcare Insurances. 6.Address patient concerns and complaints 7.Coordinate and maintain facility orientation 8.Help patients complete paperwork 9.Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments Good to Have Skills: - 1.Help to onboard new staff members 2.Other related duties as assigned 3.Confidentially manage patient accounts 4.Assist care center lead as needed 5.Coordinate and maintain facility orientation Education: - "Graduation.
